- Check-out on time -- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Please vacate the unit on time and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Unauthorized and unapproved early check-in or late check-out is subject to an amount of fee.
- No smoking β Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.
- Lockouts & lost keys β A lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur replacement fee each.
- Lost & found β We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please checkdrawers and closets before departure.
